Wantable Intimates Box February 2014 Review

Wantable Intimates is a wonderful subscription box that sends out 4-5 premium essentials that are handpicked to perfectly match your preferences. Before you complete your purchase of the box, you fill out a survey that lets them know your loves, likes, and dislikes. Whatever you “dislike” they will make sure to NOT send you, and send you more of your “loves”, so because of this, these boxes are specially packed for everyone!

There is nothing too special about the packaging, a simple little box, and that includes a listing of your items inside. They review your order information and also include the retail value of all items included. This is a great feature because it’s always nice to know the value of the items in your subscriptions!
This month, the total value of my box was $88.00, which is fantastic considering it only cost me $36 bucks.

The first item in the box was a pair of Muk Luks Boot Height Socks
These retail for $15.00
For Christmas I got 2 pairs of Muk Lights tights and I have loved them, so soft!!! Really excited about these socks, will be great for all this crazy freezing weather!

Next, Q-T Intimates Heart Bra Clips (3 pack – clear, black, nude)
These retail for $9.00
These look cuter than the normal circle ones I picked up at the Dollar Tree years back, maybe I can remember to put these to more use this time… (also I cannot find these online, it looks like they were made exclusively for Wantable)

Next we have a set from Kiby’s, the Anastasia Cami & Bikini in green.
The top retails for $34 and the panties for $10.
I have been wearing the cami around the house after work and it is COMFYYYY. So happy about these items : )

IMG_4741 IMG_4742

Lastly, I found this Wantable Soft Bra in Taupe
This retails for $20.00
I would never (ever) buy this on my own, it’s a one size fits all, but hmmm guess what, one size certainly does NOT fit all, especially in the chest. The color is terrible and I’m not really loving it, however it is pretty soft so I will probably just be wearing it around the house with my pj’s.

Overall, I’m happy with this box as I got more Muk Luks and an amazingly soft and comfy cami!

all love & smiles,

Knoshbox November 2013 Review

The Box
Knoshbox is a monthly subscription for artisan food. This is my first month with the service, and I am very excited about it! “Enjoy a carefully curated selection of delicious food, crafted in small batches by independent food producers from around the USA. You’ll receive a collection of high quality food to sample and enjoy with friends and family! There is no commitment, and you may cancel easily at any time.”
Knoshbox is $30/month, and you can give gift subscriptions too.
the goods
Every month they have a theme that all the items revolve around. This month, the theme is “BOURBON AND BEER”. I’m excited to see what the themes will be in months to come!
Whats inside
1 • Ovenly Old Salties – Bacon Fat Roasted Old Bay Peanuts

2 • Mikuni Wild Harvest – Noble Handcrafted Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
$28.95/ 450 ml = $3.86

3 • Granola Lab – Brewers Bar

4 • Wonder Made –  Bourbon Flavored Marshmallows
I’ve had these in Pumpkin Pie flavor and they were really strong to eat plain, so I started using them as the “sugar” in my coffee and it was soooo good. It was like making a free fun pumpkin spice latte every morning at work… These Bourbon ones, however, I’m not too sure about because personally I don’t think I would enjoy the flavor, but they would certainly make a great gift!

5 • Castleton Crackers – Alehouse Cheddar w/ Horseradish Mustard
product value
Crackers: $6.92
Marshmallows: $7.95
Granola bar: $3.00
Syrup: $3.86

Although the value wasn’t greater than the cost of the box, shipping still has to be included, and I loved the items and discovering these new brands, so it was completely worth it for me! I’m excited to see what is in boxes to come!

As always, I am thankful for my loving family who is constantly there for me, my amazing friends, my fabulous home, and basically for God for giving me this wonderful life.

I am also thankful for these other {little} things in life that make me happy  like….

• the fact that I have a job!!!! {and that amazing African Cats wallpaper I have!!!!}

• my fun new hair autumn hair color that I am now in love with {I have also been living in that sweater — it’s amazing!}!

• for all my kittys of course, but this year, especially for our lil nugget Dexter. this lil kitty fought through a lot but now is super healthy yayyy!

• for ALL the amazing food I eat, especially the fact that I had this full, delicious plate for Thanksgiving dinner, and for that yummy french toast that the bf made for me Turkey Day morning : )

Best Friend Box October 2013 Review

Best Friend Box is the second box that I found for pets that actually has an option for cats too!! I was so happy to receive this box and was certainly pleased with all the items inside (and of course my kittys also loved it more than anything!!!) All the products are vet approved, and you get natural treats, adorable toys, and grooming supplies in every box. It’s all natural and all safe so your pet can stay as healthy and happy as possible! I aboslutely love this about the box.

You can choose to get a box for cats OR dogs, and the price is only $30/month with free shipping! You will always get 3-6 hand picked products for you and your furry friend that you are sure to love each month. Also, 10% of all proceeds from the box go to animal charities accross America, so another great reason to sign up!

This was my first Best Friend Box and I couldn’t be more pleased with the items included. It was wrapped up all nice and since there were toys included with cat nip, my cars were LITERALLY going CRAZY all around this box trying to get inside and see what was all in there. There was a card included with descriptions of all the products.

This paper was just in the box and apparently was just touching one of the cat nip toys and my cats were going crazy rolling around on the paper and biting at it… love that my cats don’t even need toys to be excited, they can just eat at the cat nip covered cards! haha

Whats inside

1 ~ West Paw Design Catnip Pouch
They LOVED THIS POUCH. Such a great toy!

2 ~ Cranberry Cabernet Cat Treats
These are super interesting treats… it’s like having a wine night with the kittys.. hahaha can I even become a crazier cat lady!?

3 ~ Pawbreakers – Catnip Candy for Cats
This is such an adorable candy/toy! They absolutely LOVE this thing and went crazy for it.

4 ~ Cloud Star Grain Free Buddy Biscuits – Tuna
Can never have enough treats for my lil fattys! Love finding new brands like this too : )

5 ~ Crazy Cat Lady Litter Box Room Fragrance – Strawberry Orange Lemonade
This is SUCH a good idea! We keep our litter boxes in the back den and sometimes it gets pretty smelly in there so this is such a cute little spray to have…. it’s so me I love it!

product valueSpray: $8.99
Treats: $3.95
Pawbreaker: $3.24
Cabernet Treats: $3.51
Catnip Pouch: $5

*Although the value of this box was $6 less than the price I paid for it, I don’t mind because I discovered new brands and products that I was excited about! The kittys love their new cat box! A great little service for getting new treats and toys delivered!

all love & smiles,

Goodies for Kids October 2013 Box Review

Goodies for Kids is an excellent box that is always jam packed with goodies and treats that are perfect for snacking and lunches for work. I have always loved this box so much and am so sad to hear that this month will be the last. I think they got rid of everything they had left on hand because this box was seriously full of so much goodness!! Michael even made me take pictures of it quickly because we wanted to tear right into these goodies!

There was certainly an October-Halloweeny theme to this month’s box, and everything just kept looking better than the next! This box is only $7/month, SUCH a low price for a box of treats that always got eaten! Too bad they are no longer producing boxes of this subscription. Still thought I’d do a review to show off how great they were! They recommend to their users to try Love With Food, which of course I already subscribe to but oh well… so long Goodies! (and Goodies For kids!)

Whats inside

1 ~ Warheads Sour Chewy Cubes
Not too sour, but still sweet & good.

2 ~ Pretzel Crisps – Original
I LOVE this lil crisps so these are a perfect little size for lunches since I devour the full bags at home. ; )

3 ~ Rockin ‘ola – ChocoBerry
These are chocolate granola clusters with real freeze-fried strawberry yogurt drops… definetly sounds like an interesting breakfast.

4 ~ Lunchables Jr. – Teddy Bear Picnic
Just ate this with my lunch today.. So good and adorable!

5 ~ Orbit for kids – Strawberry Banana Gum
This little pack is going fast because the bf just loves ’em! This baggie has 10 little micro packs in them, with 6 pieces of gum each! I was so happy to see such a full size item in this box!

6 ~ Sneaky Pete’s All Natural Oat Beverage – Mango
I’m loving mango flavored things lately so this looks perfect!

7 ~ Warheads Sour Twists
These were pretty good, not that sour, but a perfect amount of sweetness and flavor!

8 ~ GudFud Fruit Jelly Stuffed Marshmallows
These look so good and adorable, the packaging is also great.

9~ Nature’s Bakery Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Fig Bar
I’ve tried this from another box before and was SO HAPPY to see it again. I ate this thing in like .008 seconds. SOOOO GOOD I LOVE THESE THINGS!

10 ~ Happy Squeeze Fruit & Veggie Twist – Apple, Mango, Pear & Kale
I absolutely LOVE these Happy Squeeze pouches and I thikn this one is my new favorite! They are a bit pricey but they are so so good and healthy and just a perfect snack with lunch.

I’m so sad that this will be my last Goodies for Kids box (this is also the last month for the normal Goodies Co. subscription too)… however, I am glad that they went out with a bang and sent me the best box yet!

all love & smiles,
